Villa Sant'Andrea
Villa Sant'Andrea from Valley The Villa Sant’ Andrea estate extends over 1300 acres of the Chianti Classico region in central Tuscany. Located in the ancient hamlet of Fabbrica are the main Villa, the wine cellars, the oil press and the church of Sant’ Andrea for which the estate is named. The estate offers accommodation in Bed & Breakfast rooms in the main villa, as well as apartments in two Tuscan farmhouses or a private villa, all immersed in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

There are three farmhouses on the estate – Casa Perticato, Casa Montelodoli or Villa Zobi. Nestled in the estate’s vineyards and olive groves each farmhouse has been carefully restored and have the Tuscan characteristic oak beamed ceilings and terra cotta tiled floors. The houses are furnished with traditional Tuscan rustic pieces and are fully equipped with modern comforts. In the common areas outside, all the guests have the use of a swimming pool, a barbeque, outdoor tables and chairs for dining ‘al fresco’ or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views. Perticato and Montelodoli have been divided into apartments while Villa Zobi is an independent villa with its own private pool.

Villa Sant’ Andrea is a working agricultural estate producing a variety of items such as Chianti Classico wines, IGT wines, extra-virgin and DOP olive oil, Grappa and Vinsanto, the Tuscan dessert wine. The estate offers a tour of their winery and tastings of their outstanding wines and olive oils.

Villa Sant’ Andrea is part of the "Fabbrica-Santa Cristina" hunting reserve and there are ample hiking and cycling trails throughout the surrounding countryside. The splendid views will inspire you to relax and soak in the beauty. Situated between Florence and Siena you are in the heart of the Chianti Classico region with many of the famed Chianti villages close by.
